Corona Marketing Testimonial

I was introduced to Chris at a Consultant Orthodontist Group Symposium in March 2019. I was to be a Speaker in the Driving Private Practice session at the British Orthodontic Conference later in that year and, on hearing of Chris’ expertise in dental marketing, I asked him if he would be willing to hear my draft presentation. He kindly agreed, without hesitation, and spent at least two sessions with me, entirely voluntarily, hearing my lecture and guiding me to improvement, which I found incredibly helpful. Subsequently, I employed Chris to pull together my submission for the Dentistry Awards and Private Dentistry Awards in 2020.

I had no idea of the extent of content that would be required, but Chris patiently guided me through the process, including gently pushing me out of my comfort zone into requesting celebrity testimonials, which were all given! I was eager to rush a submission for 2019, but Chris restrained my ignorant enthusiasm, quite rightly given the time subsequently required to pull together all the supporting evidence.

Although the content of my submission was all mine, I did not have the skill set to put together an entry of the quantity, quality and beauty that Chris and the Corona Dental team created. I considered the final submission to be a fabulous retrospective of my career to date, and well worth the time and effort taken to create it, regardless of the outcome. However, not only is the entry a wonderful momento, but it did the trick. We (the team at Queen’s Gate Orthodontics) were delighted to be awarded “Highly Commended” in the “Best Referral Practice”, of the Private Dentistry Awards and even more thrilled to win both “Best Practice, London” and “Best Practice, UK” in the Dentistry Awards 2020. Without Chris’ experience, expertise and patience, none of this would have been possible. Thank you, Chris and team!
