I will be honest. Corona Dental can do a fantastic job on your practice marketing and deliver large numbers of responses both from potential patients and new enquires from existing patients. However, if your team cannot present a professional approach, stunning customer service and a can-do attitude, we’ve probably wasted our time.
Take a step back and look at the team. If you don’t feel that they will appeal to the patients that you wish to attract then you are probably right. What to do? Well, they need training, regular updates and if they still can’t fulfil, you need to let them go. This is your business and if your staff aren’t up to it, they are harming the business.
I have no vested interest (apart from delivering what we say we will) – we don’t offer staff training. But, you need to be sure that you have the right team in place.
