With all the talk of logos and branding (of which even we are guilty sometimes) it can be easily forgotten that you don’t own your brand – your patients do.
Think about it – if I say ‘Bentley’ to you or ‘Tesco’, you have a picture in your mind as to what each brand represents. And as much as either of these two large companies will try to manipulate your opinion, the brand is created by what consumers think about them. You are no different. Take a long, hard look around your practice, team and yourself – are you happy with the brand that it projects?
