Does your practice provide exemplary customer service? Not just 'good enough', but the kind that people really comment upon?

I ask because that is what your practice has to provide if you are to grow. If your service is only satisfactory (or worse) then you will always be at risk from someone coming along and doing it better, or simply losing patients through apathy.
If your customer service is truly wonderful (and this needn't cost a thing!!) then everyone who comes to your practice will become an 'unpaid salesperson' for you. Think about it - it is worth the extra effort.
